“Sidetracks” is a team of volunteers that have been working with members of the Ste. Emilie Skillshare to run Ste. Emilie’s community silkscreen studio.  Over the last few months, sidetracks members have been busy learning silkscreen printing skills, assembling a “how-to” zine and strategizing on ways to work with community projects so that we can silkscreen our way to the revolution (or at least one campaign closer to it).

Come celebrate our “Coming Out”
* find out how you can do silkscreening projects at Ste. Emilie
* see some silkscreening projects that have been supported by Sidetracks already
* find out how to become a member of Sidetracks
* pick up a copy of the “INK IT” how to silkscreen ‘zine
* listen to nice music
* meet Sidetracks and Ste. Emilie members

About the Ste. Emilie Skillshare:
The Ste-Emilie SkillShare is a group of artists and activists, primarily people of colour and queer people, committed to promoting artistic expression and self-representation in our communities. The Skillshare collective runs an art studio for people to learn new skills, share their skills, and create art in the spirit of revolution and anti-oppression (anti-racism/ sexism/ classism/ homophobia/ transphobia/ ableism/ sizeism/ etc). Our space is open to all.
